The Langtang Valley Trek is a 7-day journey that combines adventure, cultural immersion, and natural wonder in one of Nepal’s most spectacular yet underrated trekking corridors. Beginning with a scenic drive from Kathmandu through lush river valleys and terraced hillsides to Syabrubesi, the trail ascends steadily through ancient Tamang villages and dense forest to the magnificent Langtang Valley.
Carefully planned rest and acclimatization time at Kyanjin Gompa allows trekkers to safely explore the high-altitude surroundings, visit the local monastery, and attempt the exhilarating summit of Kyanjin Ri for unparalleled panoramic views. Fitness, Safety & Acclimatization
The Langtang Valley Trek is graded Moderate and is well-suited to trekkers with a reasonable level of physical fitness. No technical climbing skills are required. Trekkers typically walk 4–6 hours per day on well-maintained trails with gradual elevation gain. Prior hiking experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
Altitude awareness is built into the itinerary, the gradual ascent profile and rest day at Kyanjin Gompa allow the body to acclimatize naturally. Our experienced guides are trained in altitude sickness recognition and will monitor all trekkers closely throughout the journey. In the event of any health concern, immediate descent and evacuation support is arranged without hesitation.
Trekkers are advised to stay well-hydrated, maintain a steady pace, and inform their guide immediately of any symptoms including headache, nausea, or dizziness. Safety is always our highest priority at Happy Tour Nepal.

- Sturdy trekking boots with good ankle support
- Down jacket and insulating warm layers
- Thermal inner-wear (base layers)
- Sleeping bag suitable for temperatures down to −10°C
- Trekking poles and a comfortable day-pack
- Waterproof rain jacket and pants
- Sunglasses (UV protection), sunscreen SPF 50+, and a wide-brimmed hat
- Warm gloves, wool socks, and a fleece hat
- Personal medication, blister care, and toiletries
- Reusable water bottle or hydration system
- Camera and spare batteries (charging facilities limited at high altitude)

Booking Procedure:
- Booking is confirmed upon receipt of payment.
- A 30% deposit is required to secure your booking.
- You may reschedule or postpone your trip at any time with prior notice.
- Cancellations require a minimum of one month’s notice for a partial refund.
- 50% of the total amount will be refunded for cancellations made 15 or more days in advance.
- No refund is issued in the event of a no-show on the departure date.
