Preparations & Requirements

Attire and Setting:
– Wear comfortable clothing suitable for yoga-style meditation, preferably in light colors like white to enhance the meditative experience.
– Find a quiet and peaceful space where you can practice without interruption or distractions.
– Set up your meditation space with cushions, blankets, or a meditation cushion to ensure comfort and support during the session.

Technical Requirements:
– Ensure a stable internet connection or reliable mobile data to join the Zoom session without interruptions.
– Use a device with a webcam and microphone for optimal participation and interaction during the session.

Session Preparation:
– Arrive a few minutes early to settle into your meditation space and prepare for the session.
– Have a notepad and pen nearby to jot down any insights or reflections that may arise during the meditation.

Meditation Session Details:
– The meditation session will last approximately 45 minutes, during which you will be guided through various meditation techniques to cultivate inner peace and mindfulness.
– Follow the guidance of the Himalayan masters and allow yourself to fully surrender to the meditation experience.

Q&A Session:
– At the end of the meditation session, there will be a dedicated Q&A session where you can ask questions, share experiences, and receive further guidance from the masters.
– Feel free to participate actively in the discussion or simply listen and absorb the insights shared by others.

Closing:
– After the Q&A session, take a few moments to reflect on your meditation experience and express gratitude for the opportunity to connect with yourself and the community.
