Class Structure:
- Asana (Posture) – 45 Minutes:
– Dive into the physical aspect of yoga with a series of asanas designed to promote strength, flexibility, and balance.
- Pranayama (Breath Control) – 15 Minutes:
Explore the ancient science of breath control to enhance vitality, calm the mind, and balance the energy body
- Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep) – 10 Minutes:
Experience profound relaxation and rejuvenation with the guided practice of yoga nidra
- Meditation – 20 Minutes:
Cultivate inner peace, clarity, and spiritual awareness through a variety of meditation techniques
Course Structure Details
Asana (Posture)
- Joint Series: Gentle movements to warm up the body and improve mobility.
- Dynamic Asana for Back Spine: Energizing postures to relieve tension and enhance spinal health.
- Asana for Abdomen: Poses to strengthen the core and improve digestion.
- Backward Bending Asana: Heart-opening poses to release tension and increase flexibility.
- Balancing Asana: Poses to improve focus, coordination, and stability.
- Sun Salutation: A flowing sequence to awaken the body and synchronize movement with breath.

Pranayama (Breath Control)
- Diaphragmatic Breathing: Deep breathing to promote relaxation and oxygenate the body.
- Thoracic & Clavicular Breathing: Techniques to expand lung capacity and improve respiratory function.
- Vitalizing Pranayama: Energizing practices to invigorate the body and awaken dormant energy.
- Balancing Pranayama: Techniques to harmonize the flow of prana (life force energy) and balance the subtle body.
- Tranquilizing Pranayama: Calming practices to soothe the nervous system and induce deep relaxation.

Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep)
- Preparation: Setting intentions and creating a comfortable space for relaxation.

Mudra (Gesture)
- Hasta Mudra (Hand Gesture): Practices such as Gyana Mudra, Chin Mudra, and Bhairava/Bhairavi Mudra.
- Mana Mudra (Head Gesture): Introduction to Khechari Mudra for advanced practitioners.

Bandha (Lock)
- Jalandhar Bandha (Chin Lock): Practice to stimulate the thyroid gland and regulate the throat chakra.
- Moola Bandha (Perineal Contraction): Technique to activate the root chakra and promote grounding.
- Maha Bandha (Great Lock): Advanced practice combining Jalandhar, Uddiyana, and Moola Bandhas.

Meditation
